Doug Baird, CEO

Doug acquired eight telecommunications companies over a ten-year period and founded SwiftTel Communications Inc., a Georgia based statewide telephone company. The telephone company included five Sonus GSX 9000, class 4/5 switch colocations, connected via an OC-12 fiber backbone, in the State of Georgia with backup generators, auto transfer switches, and batteries.

After selling the telecommunications companies in 2007, Doug Co-Founded the world's first cloud-based video conferencing company, with US-based and international co-locations. In 2018 Doug and his investment group were able to successfully exit the company. The software and intellectual property are used by most of the major mobile telecommunications carriers today.

In October of 2017, Doug acquired OneWorld Sustainable. Doug was awarded a patent for solar racking in 2020 and has applied for additional patents in 2022. Doug has installed over 5.5 megawatts for solar companies and commercial customers. 

Doug is a disabled U.S. Army combat engineer officer and Gulf War Veteran.

He graduated from Georgia Southern University with his degree in Accounting and the Georgia Military Institute.
